Wanda De Boer has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate,
specializing in retail leasing, retail development and tenant representation.
A former Vice President with Rutenberg Corporation, Ms. De Boer left to open
her own retail real estate company for which she has worked for over 20
years. Simultaneously, she also co-founded a Bay Area tenant representation
firm, where she worked for 9 years. After leaving this partnership, Wanda
formed a development company with partners to develop the first mixed use
office/retail project in Oldsmar comprising 65,000 s/f. Bay Arbor Place
opened in Fall, 2007.

She is noted for developing the tenant mix for each retail project to target a
niche in the consumer market. She has extensive experience in property
management, construction, tenant improvements and has also renovated,
leased and re-developed properties throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Ms. De Boer has successfully negotiated over 2500 sales, renewal and lease
transactions during her career.

Ms. De Boer graduated from Florida State University and has a Bachelor of
Arts in Communications/Marketing. She is a member of International
Council of Shopping Centers and E-Women Network. She holds a real estate
broker’s license and a Florida mortgage broker’s license.
